Get Prequalified

The first step to buy a home is to get prequalified by a bank or mortgage broker.

Several items are going to be request upon speaking to a loan officer in order to obtain a prequalification letter.  Here is a quick list of the most important item requested in the process of obtain a pre-approval letter to buy a home.

Most banks will ask for the following when they call you:

  1. Last two years Tax Returns
  2. Last two months Paystubs
  3. Request your social security number to pull your credit history
  4. Two months bank statements

A loan officer will call you soon upon completing this form to start the process
